comprising States to exploit its strengths but at the same time exposes
it to its weaknesses. However, in order that a Federal nation remains
integrated it is essential that there is harmony in growth, social
security, infrastructure developments, etc. across all the States of a
Federation.

and Good Governance provides insight to the planners and policy makers,
