Indian Origin Autar Kaw among recipients of U.S. Professor of the Year award

Autar Kaw, an Indian born professor of mechanical engineering at the University of South Florida, is among the four recipients of the 2012 US Professor of the Year award.
Kaw is known to tens of thousands of engineering students around the world as the "Numerical Methods Guy" via his Holistic Numerical Methods Institute website, his blog and YouTube video lectures.
The US Professor of the Year award is the highest honor in the nation for undergraduate teaching.
