Pakistani-origin women appointed as Norwegian Cultural Minister
A 29 year old women of Pakistani origin Hadia Tajik was appointed as
Norwegian Cultural Minister on 24 September 2012. Norwegian Prime
Minister Jens Stoltenberg appointed her to this post during the cabinet
reshuffle activity. She is the youngest minister and first Muslim in the
Norwegian Political history.
