President inaugurates 27th Surajkund Fair

President Pranab Mukherjee has officially inaugurated the 27th Surajkund fair, terming it as a sumptuous feast of colour, culture and cuisine and emphasised on empowerment of the country's handicraft sector. 
"The mela has become a sumptuous feast of colour, culture and cuisine... and is a manifestation of nation's pride," he said in his inaugural address on February 02.
